Does anyone have any natural beauty tips?

I use my hands a lot like raking, throwing rocks, punching bag and i have dry skin… any advice? What about getting soft hair? I have thick hair not to thick but pretty thick…. Best way to get natural wave without the frizz?

1. as for hands, always apply hand cream/lotion especially after washing your hands. and at night, after applying hand cream, wear a cloth gloves/clean socks while sleeping. in the morning, you can notice the softness in your hands.

2. for skin, exfoliate at least twice a week and put lotion on damp skin. and always drink a lot of water.

3. for your hair, there are shampoo and conditioner for anti frizz.
