what supplement pills for youthful,firmer skin?

As I have left my 20′s, I notice that I am in need of a more effective skin care regimen than just Oil of Olay nightly. But what pills can I buy to take as a woman’s supplement to my daily routine? C0Q10? Vitamin A? Collagen pills? Any help out there?

HI, I used grape seed extract food supplement, but I stopped coz I lost contact with my merchandiser, so I look for another, and I found Metathione works better for me, careful though, I was advised that it is not advisable for people with heart problems.
