Skin Care Tips For Men

Skin Care Tips For Men
How, as a man, should I care for my skin?

I have never been taught how I am supposed to care for my skin. In the shower I used to bring down the shampoo from washing my hair. I had really bad acne un high school until I started doing that. It cleared up soon after started.

A friend of mine told me that I have a lot of blackheads on my face. It looks (to me) like just very open pores. They are especially noticeable around my t-zone. I also have a bit of the same thing on my upper arms and back. Same friend also said that on my arms and back I have ingrown hairs. I don’t really see what I thought was ingrown hair, a red spot with a tip of hair. Apparently they are just deep down and I have pores that are clogged deep down too, same as on my face.

What am I supposed to be doing to take care of my skin properly as a man?

What can I/should I do about the skin on my back/arms and face?

Ten points for you for thinking about this while there’s still hope!

I see so many guys in their mid or late 30′s who never took care of their skin and would be so much more attractive at that age if they did!

So first what you want to do is go see a dermatologist for the blackheads.

You should also use moisturizer and most importantly, sunscreen! (unless you live in the UK because the UV levels there are usually just right for light skinned people) Apply sunscreen that’s at least SPF 35 15 minutes before going outside and every two hours.

In my opinion men should be more attentive in the condition of their skins. Researched shows that most men have oily skins and are much more prone to acne’s. Although acne isn’t a big problem but most of us are annoyed of them. So yea men should be attentive in their skins, not just the ladies.
